«Аctive-invest» undergoes several stages in the formation process.

The first step in history of «Active-invest» started after the state monopoly abolition of foreign trade what permitted the private enterprises to conduct financial operations independently. It also allowed the number of major banks to offer their services of electronic trade on the western areas. With this purpose in February of 1996 in offshore zone on the Virgin Islands the external economic association with the sane name “Active-invest” was founded. The company mainly offered the services in financial consulting and tentative Asset Management on the interbank foreign exchange market.

In 1998 “Active-invest” appreciated positively the financial sector development perspectives in trust assets managing on the foreign exchange market and worked out the strategy of clients’ funds managing. The increase in amount of trust managing agreements concluded with the help of “Active-invest” raised the logical question about appointing this service the priority line of development.

«Active-invest» managed to raise the value of assets under its jurisdiction.

In the beginning of 2000s «Active-invest» faced the necessity of improving clients’ positions able to increase business efficiency and consolidate its positions on the market. As the principal direction was pronounced the fixed percentage and the guarantee of security of funds under the «Active-invest» management which key principles are the maximization of assets, careful choice of investment sectors and appliance of the most effective methods in organization and management.

The relationships with clients are headed by the practice of corporate management. The role of «Active-invest» is revealed in determing strategies and monitoring of similar companies’ activities while choosing the optimal strategies in clients’ asset managing. «Active-invest» leadership representatives control the managers’ decisions directly what assists in assets monitoring, evaluation of company availability from the viewpoint of goals and objectives and its possible modernization for investment attractiveness promotion. Practically all the «Active-invest» stuff aims to enter the commodities and raw materials markets and make it public for large-scale institutional investors. «Active-invest» involves the independent directors sharing their experience, the knowledge of markets and the fresh look at the business development.

At the end of 2006 Chief Executive Officer - Sergey Nikolayev the «Active-invest» company administration decided to accept new mutually beneficial form of cooperation with clients, established 5% promotional payments regarding the company totals at the end of the year and fixed clients’ bonuses for continuation of trust managing agreements on the extra term.

From May of 2007 the new form of cooperation with clients is being putting into operation. It allows to manage assets in such currencies as the British pound, Euro, Japanese yen and Russian ruble.

In March of 2008 due to the partnership with large World Bank organizations the new managing assets strategies acquired a good reputation for the recent five years as the most competitive on the similar market. Particularly some whish allow to manage assets in Euro and Russian ruble.
